Sometimes, chill for a bit.
Seat down, seat back and watch the light evolve.

It is a cliché to say that no second ever resembles another second.
And an even bigger one to say that "every second is unique".

That any action, any thought, has an impact on that unique moment.
An impact on the next thought you'll have.
On the next thing you'll see.

Still, it takes slowing down to realize that.
And I don't do that enough.
